ALIGARH, Oct. 25 -- long "Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Programme," organized by the Seerat Committee of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), was held yesterday evening at the University's Strachey Hall.

The chief guest, AMU Registrar Prof. Asim Zafar, highlighted the universal mission of the Prophet Muhammad(Peace Be Upon Him-PBUH)'s teachings, noting that through his guidance, a once-weak nation rose to prominence. He urged students and scholars to follow the Prophet's example in their pursuit of knowledge and expressed full support for establishing a Seerat Academy at AMU.
