ALIGARH, Oct. 11 -- ALIGARH :In a major boost to advanced physics education and research, the Department of Physics, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), inaugurated its new High Energy Physics Laboratory, marking a significant milestone in the University's scientific infrastructure. The facility was inaugurated by Professor Sartaj Tabassum, Dean, Faculty of Science, in the basement of the Department's Laboratory Complex.
Prof. Anisul Ain Usmani, Chairman, Department of Physics, said that the newly established laboratory is designed to provide hands-on training in experimental and computational techniques used in global high-energy physics research.
