ALIGARH, Feb. 9 -- bit-Tadbeer, Aligarh Muslim University, organised a guest lecture on "Therapeutic Nutrition: From Prevention to Clinical Care", highlighting the growing importance of nutrition in disease prevention and clinical management.
The lecture was delivered by Dr P A Kareem, Director and Chief Physician, Hygiene Hospital for Naturopathy and Yoga, Kerala, who emphasised that nutrition is not merely a supportive element but a cornerstone of preventive healthcare and effective clinical care. He explained how appropriate nutritional practices contribute to healthy lifestyles, better management of complex medical conditions, improved patient outcomes and reduction in the burden of chronic diseases.
