ALIGARH, Sept. 11 -- ALIGARH : The EcoTech Club, Zakir Husain College of Engineering & Technology (ZHCET), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), in collaboration with the Centre for Integrated Green and Renewable Energy (CGRE), organised a plantation drive under Mission LiFE on World Ozone Day 2026.
Led by Prof. Safia Akhtar Kazmi, Nodal Officer, Mission LiFE and Coordinator, CGRE, the initiative aimed to promote environmental protection, ozone layer conservation and expansion of green cover. It also encouraged students to adopt sustainable practices and recognise the collective impact of small lifestyle changes.
