ALIGARH, Aug. 7 -- ALIGARH : The Department of Urdu, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), organised a literary session on "The Contemporary Relevance of Premchand", bringing together faculty members and students to reflect on the enduring literary legacy and contemporary significance of the celebrated novelist and short story writer.
Presiding over the session, the Chairman of the Department, Prof. Quamarul Hooda Faridi, said that despite the passage of time, Premchand's writings continue to resonate with readers because they are deeply rooted in the realities of Indian society and human experience.
