ALIGARH, Oct. 10 -- being, focusing on the effects of mobile phone use, overthinking and academic stress.

The programme was organised under the guidance of Dr Ataullah Fahad, Chairperson, Department of Ilmul Amraz, on the theme "Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change". Around 30 students, along with teaching and non-teaching staff members, attended the event.

Prof. Shah Alam, Chairperson, Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, AMU, delivered the guest lecture.
