ALIGARH, Sept. 3 -- year BDS 2024 Batch student at Dr. Ziauddin Ahmad Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), has been selected for the Short-Term Studentship (STS) 2026, granted by the Department of Health Research (DHR), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
The studentship has been awarded for the research project titled "Clinico-Pathologic Profile of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Its Association with Tobacco Use in Aligarh District."
The research will be carried out under the guidance of Dr Nasir A. Salati, Chairperson, Department of Oral Pathology, Microbiology and Forensic Odontology.
