In the English category, Tuba Shamsi (BA, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi) won the first prize, Stuti Narayan (BALLB, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad) secured the second, and Yanis Iqbal (BA, Aligarh Muslim University) received the third.
All winners in the Urdu and Hindi categories are from Aligarh Muslim University. In Urdu, the first prize went to Tahir Hussain (Ph.D.), the second to Afreen Raza (Ph.D.), and the third to Abu Daud (BA).
