ALIGARH, Oct. 17 -- ALIGARH : Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) celebrated the 209th birth anniversary of its founder, Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, on Saturday with a commemorative meeting that brought together distinguished judicial, defence, academic and business leaders, alumni, faculty members and students to reflect on his enduring educational vision and its relevance to contemporary India.
The meeting, held at Gulistan-e-Syed, was presided over by AMU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Naima Khatoon.
