India, March 22 -- Prof. Narender Dev Gupta, Department of Periodontology and Community Dentistry, Dr. Z. A. Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University, has been appointed Chairman, Department of Periodontology, for a period of three years with immediate effect.

Prof. Gupta has more than 26 years of teaching experience in the field of Periodontics. He has been serving as Professor at AMU since 2002 and has earlier held academic positions at PGIMS, Rohtak.
