Cebu City, Philippines : The Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino, Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City, hosted the 46th Commencement Exercises of Gullas College of Medicine, Inc. (GCM) for Batch Xanthron 2026 on August 28, 2026. Held across two sessions, the ceremony saw 951 Indian students graduate with Doctor of Medicine (MD) degrees, as more than 1,000 graduates from across the world came together for the commencement, marking a significant milestone for Indian students pursuing medical education abroad.
