India, Oct. 17 -- With a vision to inspire collective action for sustainable and equitable food systems, the Department of Food Process Engineering, NIT Rourkela, in collaboration with the Association of Food Scientists and Technologists of India (AFSTI) - Rourkela Chapter and the Food Tech Society under the Student Activity Centre (SAC), observed World Food Day 2025 on October 16.
