New Delhi, July 2 -- New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) inaugurated the rare and distinctive exhibition, 'Living Heritage in Metal, Bamboo and Clay: Traditional Utensils of Northeast India', presenting a remarkable glimpse into India's folk life, traditional craftsmanship, and cultural traditions. Organised by the National Mission on Cultural Mapping (NMCM), an important initiative of the Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the North Eastern Handicrafts and Handlooms Development Corporation Limited (NEHHDC), the exhibition highlights the cultural richness of the Northeast through its enduring craft traditions.
