Aligarh, Feb. 28 -- being in campus life, the Career Counselling Cell of Mohammad Habib Hall, Aligarh Muslim University, organised a Mental Health Awareness Programme titled "It's Okay, Not to Be Okay" at the Hall's Reading Room. The initiative aimed to break stigma, promote dialogue, and encourage students to prioritise mental health.
In his inaugural address, Provost of the Hall, Prof. Mohd. Shamim, Department of Commerce, highlighted the intrinsic link between emotional stability and academic success. He urged students to speak openly about mental health challenges and to utilise available support systems without hesitation.
