India, April 28 -- As investigators piece together the shooting at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner, the social media activity of suspect Cole Tomas Allen has come under intense scrutiny.

Cole Tomas Allen, 31, of Torrance, has been identified by multiple US media outlets as the man in custody after the shooting at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner attended by Donald Trump and Melania Trump.

Investigators say Allen allegedly breached a security barrier during what authorities describe as an apparent attempt on the president's life. Additional charges are expected.
