India, Oct. 9 -- The United States Department of Labor (DOL) has suspended several major technology companies, including Microsoft, Infosys and Tata, from participating in the Permanent Labour Certification (PERM) programme, citing concerns that foreign hiring practices could adversely affect American workers.
