India, Aug. 2 -- Multiple people are believed to have been killed in a shooting at an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Twin Falls, Idaho, on Saturday, according to local authorities.

The Twin Falls Police Department confirmed that the suspected gunman is dead and that there is no ongoing threat to the public.

In a statement posted on Facebook, police said: "Multiple individuals have been transported to St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center. Tragically, there have been fatalities. We are currently working to notify next of kin, and additional details will be released when appropriate."

"The suspect in this incident is deceased, and there is no ongoing threat to the public at this time," the statement added.
