India, April 14 -- A diplomatic initiative in Islamabad has drawn scrutiny after reports that the Pakistani government failed to settle dues for the venue hosting recent US-Iran discussions.

The talks, held between April 10 and 12, were organised at the Serena Hotel Islamabad.
