India, May 13 -- Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi experienced Delhi's public transport system firsthand during his recent visit to India, travelling on the Delhi Metro and sharing his journey in a video posted on LinkedIn and X.

Dressed in a traditional Modi jacket, he took the Blue Line from Delhi Secretariat to Jor Bagh and praised the service as "fast," "affordable," and "reliable."

Metro ride booked through Uber app via ONDC integration

Khosrowshahi also showcased Uber's integration with India's Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), which now allows users to book metro tickets directly through the Uber app.
