India, Sept. 13 -- The New York home where US President Donald Trump spent his early childhood has been sold for $1.93 million, media reports said.

The Tudor-style house in Jamaica Estates, Queens, where Trump lived during his earliest years, was sold for $1.93 million, listing agent Joe Zhu of RE/MAX Edge confirmed to The New York Post.

The sale price is nearly $1.1 million higher than the $835,000 that developer Tommy Lin paid for the property in 2025. Lin reportedly spent more than $500,000 on an eight-month gut renovation of the rundown house.

Zhu said the property's connection to Trump's childhood attracted considerable interest from potential buyers.
