India, May 4 -- Three Indian nationals were injured after a drone attack from Iran triggered a fire at a major oil industry zone in the United Arab Emirates on Monday, marking a sharp escalation in regional tensions and breaking months of relative calm in the Gulf.
The incident reportedly took place at the Fujairah Oil Industry Zone, one of the UAE's key energy hubs, where civil defence teams rushed to control the blaze before it could spread further.
The Fujairah Media Office confirmed that emergency teams responded swiftly and the injured were taken to hospital for treatment.
