Kolkata/IBNS, Sept. 27 -- Sapphire Production unveiled the official poster of The Calcutta Files, a socio-political crime thriller directed by Souvik Dey, on Monday.

Actress Swagata Mukherjee said, "In the last few years, the protests that people have been showing in different ways, this film, the directorial team, the producers, have tried to put up a protest like that. We are all with them, and we're very happy."

As the investigation progresses, Aditya uncovers links between crime, political influence and a wider conspiracy, while Aarohi's mother continues her fight for justice. The film follows the parallel struggles of an officer seeking the truth and a mother determined to seek justice for her daughter.
