India, April 1 -- A young tech couple's deaths in Bengaluru have brought attention to the growing pressures of job instability and personal isolation in the city's fast-paced tech ecosystem.

Two days after the incident, investigators say a mix of financial stress, career setbacks, and strained family ties may have pushed the couple to the edge.

What happened

Banu Chandra Reddy, a 32-year-old software engineer from Telangana, died by suicide in his apartment earlier this week.
