Mumbai/IBNS, April 17 -- One of the accused in the TCS Nashik sexual abuse and forced religious conversion case has sought anticipatory bail citing her pregnancy, media reports said, quoting her family.

Accused moves court

Authorities are expected to verify Khan's medical claims regarding her pregnancy.

The 25-year-old had joined TCS in Nashik in 2021.

Allegations by employees

At least nine TCS employees in Maharashtra's Nashik have alleged that they were subjected to sexual abuse and forced religious practices over a prolonged period.

Complainants claimed some employees were coerced into consuming specific food and participating in religious activities against their will.
