Kolkata/IBNS, Sept. 11 -- Amid the growing controversy over Bageshwar Baba's remarks on food habits during Durga Puja, West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Thursday consumed fish bhog at Kolkata's Kalighat Temple, drawing attention amid the ongoing veg-versus-non-veg debate.

Adhikari visited the temple and offered prayers to Goddess Kali on the occasion of Kaushiki Amavasya.

However, what grabbed eyeballs was the bhog he consumed, which included a large fish head and fried fish.
