Kolkata/IBNS, Aug. 12 -- Filmmaker Srijit Mukherji and Hoichoi on Sunday unveiled the poster of Maharaja Tomare Selam, a film that will explore the making of Satyajit Ray's 1969 classic Goopy Gayen Bagha Bayen.

The film will focus on the people, production process, rehearsals, dialogues and challenges involved in making Ray's celebrated film, rather than retelling its story.

Speaking about the project, Mukherji said the identities of the actors' characters would be kept under wraps.

Mukherji said the poster draws on the characters of Goopy Gayen and Bagha Bayen while also featuring people associated with the making of the film.
