India, June 24 -- Tech major Samsung Electronics on Wednesday announced a strategic partnership with Alcedis, a digital-first clinical research organization (CRO), to convert biometric data collected from wearable devices into clinically meaningful evidence for use in pharmaceutical and medical research.

The collaboration aims to enhance the efficiency of clinical trials by reducing both time and cost, while improving the quality and usability of real-world health data generated through wearable technology.
