India, March 5 -- Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, married Saaniya Chandhok in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai on Thursday, with the celebrations attended by family members, close friends, and several prominent personalities from sports, business and entertainment.

The wedding was preceded by a Mehendi celebration on March 3, marking the beginning of the couple's two-part festivities.

The wedding ceremony was held on Thursday at The St. Regis Mumbai.

Following the wedding rituals, guests were served a traditional Maharashtrian sit-down meal.
