Mumbai/IBNS, Sept. 16 -- Directed by Vishal Chaturvedi, Hanuman Ansh has emerged as a sleeper hit at the box office and is racing towards the Rs 300 crore mark worldwide, media reports said.

The Hindi biographical-devotional drama, which opened to a modest Rs 10 lakh, has reportedly earned Rs 231.13 crore net in India after 40 days.

The film's India gross collection has reached Rs 272.90 crore, while its worldwide gross stands at Rs 291.40 crore.

Released in 2026, Hanuman Ansh chronicles the spiritual journey of Neem Karoli Baba, also known as Maharaj-ji.

The film begins with his childhood as Lakshminarayan and traces his transformation into a revered spiritual figure.
