India, Aug. 1 -- With the Income Tax Return (ITR) filing season having just concluded in India, a post on X has sparked widespread discussion after a user claimed that a Pune-based chartered accountant (CA) earned nearly Rs 12 lakh in just a few days by serving around 400 clients.

According to the post, the CA charged Rs 3,000 per client during the ITR filing season and hired two interns to cope with the surge in demand.

X user Paritsh Sharma wrote: "Friend of mine in Pune is a CA who helps people in his network file their ITRs."

"He started just three years ago. Today, he has around 400 clients," Sharma said.
