PM Modi speaks to Iran's President, welcomes progress in Tehran-Washington talks
India, June 30 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday held a telephone conversation with Iranian President Dr Masoud Pezeshkian to discuss the latest developments in West Asia and the way forward amid evolving regional dynamics.
During the conversation, President Pezeshkian briefed PM Modi on recent developments in the region.
The Prime Minister welcomed the progress made in negotiations between Tehran and Washington and reiterated India's long-standing position that all issues should be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy.
