India, July 17 -- As Hyderabad-based Skyroot Aerospace gears up for the launch of its first orbital rocket, Vikram-1, a special message from Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to travel into space along with hundreds of wishes from people across the world.

Printed on a commemorative postcard that will fly aboard the rocket, the Prime Minister's message simply reads: "Vande Mataram."
