New Delhi/IBNS, July 20 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday called for debates based on "logic and facts" as the Monsoon Session of Parliament commenced, urging lawmakers to ensure that every voice is heard in the House.

Addressing the media ahead of the session, Modi said the country "has set off today aboard the Reform Express" and asserted that India's youth are displaying courage and achieving success because of the reforms undertaken by the government.

Highlighting the government's developmental initiatives, Modi cited several recent projects, including the country's first hydrogen-powered train, as examples of India's progress.
