Amsterdam/IBNS, Oct. 25 -- India is looking to leverage Europe's largest port to expand its export footprint across the continent, with Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal visiting Rotterdam on Sunday as New Delhi seeks to unlock fresh trade opportunities through closer economic ties with the Netherlands and a proposed India-EU free trade agreement.

The visit comes as India seeks to strengthen its position in global trade, with efficient logistics, diversified supply chains and improved access to overseas markets emerging as key factors in boosting exports.
