Pakistani LeT operative enters India for terror, arrested after shock hair transplant twist in Jammu and Kashmir
India, May 19 -- Indian security agencies have arrested a Pakistani national linked to the terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), who allegedly entered India to carry out terror activities but later abandoned his mission to undergo a hair transplant in Srinagar.
The accused has been identified as Mohammad Usman Jatt, alias "Chinese", a resident of Lahore, Pakistan. According to reports, Jatt was arrested earlier this year by the Srinagar Police.
During interrogation, Jatt disclosed that he had long struggled with hair loss and believed advanced hair restoration procedures were only available in Western countries.
Investigators told India Today NE that Jatt remained in Srinagar for several months during and after the treatment.
