OVHcloud's new cloud platform gets France's top security qualification. Why do you need to know?
India, Sept. 1 -- OVHcloud, a major European cloud computing and web hosting company, has announced that its SNC Cloud Platform, a public cloud offering, has obtained SecNumCloud qualification from France's National Agency for Information Systems Security (ANSSI).
The qualification comes as France strengthens requirements for the protection of sensitive data. OVHcloud said it is preparing to roll out the platform across its European regions.
The development comes amid tighter French regulations governing the protection of sensitive data.
