Bhubaneswar/IBNS, Feb. 28 -- In a shocking incident from Odisha, a 23-year-old woman was allegedly raped twice in a single day and later thrown from the roof of a four-storey building by the second accused, leading to her death, media reports said.

The incident occurred on February 22 in Jagatsinghpur district.

While the victim was waiting at the bus stand, a man from Jharkhand who was passing by allegedly approached her and offered help. The accused, who was travelling toward Paradip on his motorcycle, took her to his rented accommodation.

Police said the second accused then allegedly raped the woman and pushed her off the roof of the four-storey building, resulting in her death.
