Kolkata/IBNS, Sept. 11 -- The Board of Practical Training under the Ministry of Education celebrated the Regional Apprenticeship Day in Kolkata under the theme "Empowering MSME's through NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme): Catalyzing Regional Growth via Structured Apprenticeships".

This platform not only helps aspiring students to get hands-on experience in corporate culture and work life, but also helps empower micro, small and medium-scale industries, helping them connect with the exact kind of employees they require.

This has also helped in boosting permanent employment among the youth, with 79% of the total apprentices securing employment in the same establishments where they worked as apprentices.
