India, July 8 -- Indian PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday visited the 1,000-year-old Prambanan Temple in Yogyakarta, a religious site dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu and Lord Brahma.

While visiting the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Modi shared an aerial view of the temple.

He captioned the image: " The majestic Prambanan Temple!"

He shared a video on X where people could be seen chanting 'Om Namah Shivay' mantra as Modi visited the holy site.

Modi on Tuesday announced that, along with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, he would be launching a conservation project for the 1,000-year-old Prambanan Temple in Yogyakarta.
