Ulaanbaatar/IBNS, Sept. 11 -- Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh has left social media users stunned after a video showed him bench-pressing an impressive weight during a visit to a military unit.

After completing the set, Khurelsukh shook hands with people around him before putting his jacket back on.

Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, 58, is the sixth President of Mongolia and has held the office since June 2021.

He previously served as Mongolia's Prime Minister from 2017 to 2021 and has held several senior government positions.

Before becoming president, Khurelsukh served as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Emergency Situations and Minister for Professional Inspection.
