Modi-Trump meet back in focus as report hints at G7 sidelines talks in France
New Delhi/IBNS, June 10 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to meet U.S. President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the G7 Summit in France on June 16-17, according to a report by The Hindu.
Trump has already confirmed his participation in the summit, which will be hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron.
Modi's visit to France is scheduled in two phases. The first leg will take place on June 13-14, followed by the second phase from June 16-19.
During the visit, the Prime Minister is expected to meet French President Emmanuel Macron in Nice on June 14.
The anticipated Modi-Trump meeting comes amid ongoing discussions over a bilateral trade agreement.
