Mumbai/IBNS, July 28 -- Swiggy Ltd. has announced a leadership reshuffle in its quick commerce business, with Instamart CEO Amitesh Kumar Jha stepping down from his role, according to media reports.

The company said Jha is leaving to explore opportunities outside the organisation.

Nandita Sinha to take charge from August 3

She will assume the role on August 3, 2026, succeeding Jha.

The appointment marks the latest in a series of leadership changes at Swiggy since the company's public listing.

In a statement, Swiggy said Amitesh Kumar Jha has decided to step down to pursue opportunities beyond the company.
