India, June 7 -- Domestic cooking gas prices were raised by Rs.29 per cylinder on Sunday, marking the second increase in three months as the ongoing conflict in the Middle East continues to drive up global energy costs.

The latest revision comes after a Rs.60 hike announced on March 7, taking the cumulative increase in domestic LPG prices to Rs.89 per cylinder since March.

Following the latest increase, the price of a 14.2-kg domestic LPG cylinder now stands at:
