India, Aug. 24 -- Losing muscle strength is a common part of ageing and can become a major obstacle to maintaining fitness and independence later in life. A US-based doctor has highlighted five supplements that may help support muscle health and physical function as people get older.

In an Instagram post on August 20, Dr Kunal Sood, a Maryland-based physician specialising in anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine, outlined five supplements that may support strength and muscle health in older adults.
