Kejriwal backs Sonam Wangchuk for education minister, demands Dharmendra Pradhan's removal
India, July 16 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday demanded the removal of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and called for education reform activist Sonam Wangchuk to be appointed in his place.
Kejriwal made the remarks while visiting Wangchuk at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, where the activist is on an indefinite hunger strike over alleged irregularities in national examinations, particularly the NEET medical entrance test.

In a post on social media, Kejriwal said, "Sonam Wangchuk should be appointed as the country's Education Minister by removing Dharmendra Pradhan."
