India, Aug. 30 -- Former India pace spearhead Javagal Srinath has won praise online after a video of him quietly travelling on a metro train went viral on social media.

Srinath, who played a key role in several of India's victories during his international career, was seen standing in a corner of the metro coach while holding his trolley bag.

Dressed in a simple blue shirt, the former cricketer and current ICC official appeared relaxed as he listened to music through his earbuds during the journey.
