India, May 1 -- In a one-of-its-kind research conducted at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Dr. Abraham Cyril Issac, Assistant Professor, School of Business, along with his research scholar Mr. M.A. Jayasankar, has examined how workplace leadership and practices influence the emotional well-being and job satisfaction of school teachers.

The study highlights that when teachers are unable to be their true selves in the school, they feel stressed and dissatisfied at work.
