India, June 18 -- A man who claims to have spent nearly two decades facilitating the "illegal" movement of Bangladeshi nationals across the India-Bangladesh border has alleged that a vast infiltration network operating in West Bengal generated hundreds of crores of rupees every year before recently coming to a standstill.
