India, Oct. 8 -- Air India, IndiGo and Air India Express have cancelled flights to and from Riyadh until October 10 amid heightened security concerns following a series of attacks claimed by Iran-backed Houthi rebels.

The airlines said affected passengers would be offered either complimentary rescheduling or a full refund, as they continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation in the region.

Houthis issue warning to airlines

The cancellations came hours after the Houthis issued what they described as a final warning to international airlines operating in Saudi airspace.
