Gurugram/IBNS, Sept. 18 -- A 31-year-old man was allegedly murdered by his former colleague and her partner in Gurugram after he left his family at a restaurant in Delhi, media reports said.

Yuvraj Singh Manchanda, who was scheduled to get married in a month, had visited Delhi's Lajpat Nagar market on September 6 with his sisters to shop for a sherwani.

After shopping, Yuvraj and his sisters went to the Golden Dragon Restaurant in Lajpat Nagar at around 4:15 pm.

While Yuvraj travelled to Gurugram, his sisters returned home in a cab.

The family said they contacted Yuvraj around 7 pm, when he told them that he would return home by 10 pm.

However, he did not return and subsequently became unreachable.
